There are seven private and two public schools along with an amazing Country Club and Recreation Center. Brentwood Village possesses acclaimed restaurants, boutiques, and shops that make Brentwood a well-known destination. The beautiful San Vicente Blvd hosts a vibrant and lush median for joggers and dog-walkers alike, enjoying the Southern California weather amidst the famous coral trees. Being just minutes from the beach and the never-disappointing Sunday farmer’s market, Brentwood is one of the most desirable locations to call home.
SANTA MONICA
This beachfront city situated on Santa Monica Bay is one of the most picturesque neighborhoods in the world. With homes ranging from small apartments to mansions, the variety of neighborhoods in Santa Monica allow for an array of inhabitants, from students to executives. Its beaches are crowded and its streets lively – this is arguably LA’s most photographed area. Street performers on the Third Street Promenade will serenade visitors as they browse nearby shops and restaurants while surfers catch the swell near the Pier. Bask in the sunshine and enjoy the palm trees along the ocean; you simply can’t go wrong moving here. If you don’t move here, then this is where you’ll want to spend your days off.
